We offer various levels of maintenance to keep your home in top shape.  We’ll create a custom package that fits your needs and situations. From large 10,000 sq ft homes to smaller residential homes, we have the team to handle your needs.

  • Initial quotes are dependent upon home size and condition. After a couple of home cleanings to average the time it takes to clean your home, we finalize the amount that will be due with each service.

  • Jackson Pride offers priority cleaning. This allows you to set your own budget. Then, based on our hourly rate, we clean for the amount of time your budget allows.

  • If it takes an abnormal amount of time to clean compared to your original quote, there will be an upcharge. Examples of this include excessive dishes, laundry, clutter, or toys as well as construction cleanup. Adding a pet to your home may also require a change of your monthly quote.

  • All clients begin services with a 30-day contract.

  • We do not offer laundry services or pet waste cleanup. If you would like us to load any dirty dishes into your dishwasher, please ensure that your dishwasher is empty when we arrive to clean.

  • Don’t worry! We don’t expect you to pre-clean your house. However, we will not touch personal belongings. We ask that you remove any type of clutter so that we are able to dust and clean appropriately. For example, if the floor is covered in clothes, we will not be able to vacuum the floor. We do ask that you empty your dishwasher if you would like us to load it with any dirty dishes.

  • At Jackson Pride, we perform stringent background checks on all employees to ensure that your home will be in good hands. We also offer workers’ comp insurance to our staff. This means, if a worker were to be injured on your property, they could not sue your homeowner’s insurance.

  • Jackson Pride staff are pet-friendly. However, we realize that some pets are very protective of their space and humans. If your pet could potentially become aggressive toward our cleaners, we ask that you either kennel them or remove them from the space. This applies to cats, dogs, and any other pet.

  • Absolutely. You are more than welcome to be home during a cleaning.

  • Jackson Pride has a no excuses policy. If you’re on the schedule, we will be there unless extreme circumstances prevent us from cleaning.

  • If our cleaners were to miss something while cleaning your home, you can submit a 24-hour customer satisfaction claim. Just contact us and we will make it right. After hours, you can go to our website and submit photos of the issue. We will follow up with you the next day. Please note: This does not apply to new messes that occur within the 24-hour window. Only those that were missed by staff on their initial visit.

  • A 30-day notice is required when canceling services. This is helpful in scheduling both cleanings and Jackson Pride staff.

  • Gratuity is not required or expected. We will certainly still do our best job whether you choose to leave a tip or not. However, gratuity is always very appreciated.
