Our History

Jackson Pride Commercial and Residential Cleaning opened in September of 2015. Diana Hart Cotten, President of Jackson Pride, began with cleaning only two homes each month. Since then the business has grown to clean over 500 homes monthly in the Jackson and Madison County area.

In January of 2019, Jackson Pride realized that there was an opportunity to serve commercial customers in addition to their residential customers. As of September 2019, Jackson Pride will have expanded to offer commercial cleaning services to businesses in the Jackson and Madison County, Crockett County, Medina, and Humboldt areas.

Jackson Pride has won the 2016 Outstanding Emerging Business Award, the 2018 Rising Star Award, and The Jackson Sun Readers Choice Award from 2017 to 2019.
